this is the scale we use. in the south we have a tornado watch for the florida panhandle and southern parts of alabama. conditions are still favorable for tornado development. we'll keep watching that. further north, the concern here is flooding. this is a six-hour loop where you can see the rain just sitting across western new york, pennsylvania, west virginia and also the south. this is a huge problem here. this is an area that's already seen flooding. we have reports of flooding across missouri, ohio and indiana where in central indiana we have video of flooding that's already impacted the area. this is not the first time that we're seeing this flooding here. early this week, similar conditions occurred. we have a storm rolling through with a lot of rain. monday and tuesday we saw flooding like this. this is new video through the fox extreme weather center of more flooding impacting the area, including marion county. there's another storm we're tracking west that will move east, with blizzard conditions acr
